Competency Based Interview

Intervju zasnovan na kompetencijama (Competency Based Interview- CBI) je visoko interaktivan trening koji se bavi svim fazama intervjuisanja – od pripreme, do tumačenja rezultata i donošenja krajnje odluke. Učesnici će unaprediti pripremu intervjuisanja, naučiti da identifikuju pitanja uz pomoć kojih će najviše saznati o svakom kandidatu i samim tim doneti najbolju moguću odluku.
Cilj treninga je da se učesnici sertifikuju za korišćenje Intervjua zasnovanog na kompetencijama kojim će olakšati proces za selekciju kandidata prilikom zapošljavanja.

Centar za procenu i razvoj (Assessment and Development Center – A/DC) predstavlja proces identifikovanja veština i sposobnosti pojedinaca. Kombinujući snage svih tehnika koje se koriste u procenama, centar predstavlja jedan od najboljih načina za dobijanje kompletne slike o kandidatima ili o snagama i razvojnim potrebama već postojećih zaposlenih. Dizajnira se tako da se usredsređuje na kompetencije koje su direktno u vezi sa poslom koji kandidat treba da obavlja. Samim tim tehnike koje se koriste se određuju na osnovu radne pozicije za koju se centar organizuje.

On obezbeđuje sveobuhvatnu obuku za upotrebu testova sposobnosti i ličnosti u poslovnom okruženju.
