Marija Branovački je sertifikovani profesionalni kouč (EPC) Erikson koledža iz Vankuvera i sertifikovani PCM kouč (Process Communication Model Coach) Kahler Communication International. Takođe je NLP Master i NLP Trener. Prošla je obuku „High Performance Team Coaching Trainer“ Erikson koledža iz Kanade. Dugogodišnje iskustvo u radu sa ljudima stekla je na poziciji Menadžera prodaje za Srbiju u globalnoj farmaceutskoj kompaniji Sanofi. Vodila je veliki broj projekata i radionica iz oblasti razvoja ljudi i tima, a biznis koučing je deo njenog svakodnevnog rada. Po formalnom obrazovanju je doktor medicine – diplomirala je na Medicinskom fakultetu Univerziteta u Beogradu. U kompaniji Atria Group je na poziciji Atria Development Manager i HR konsultant. Marija vodi projekte razvoja zaposlenih u brojnim kompanijama u Srbiji i regionu, a njene oblasti ekspertize su rad sa timovima, koučing sa pojedincima sa fokusom na razvoj potencijala, lični i profesionalni razvoj zaposlenih.
Carl is English and was originally a chemist and has spent all of his working life in big business, working in the pharmaceutical industry predominantly at the interface with other companies managing relationships on projects from the very technical to the financially huge. For last 10 years he has lived and worked outside the UK and over the past 20 years has written and delivered training courses across the globe, from Cape Town to Brussels, from Manila and Hong Kong to Philadelphia and Rio de Janerio, focussing on conflict management, relationships and the need for cultural insights. His interest in finding solutions to seemingly impossible situations led him to found ‘InsideOut Solutions’ in Switzerland from where he coaches executives, individuals and teams and runs training courses tailored to the specific needs presented. A member of ICF, Carl is both a NLP practitioner and a coach.
A lawyer and trainer for over 15 years and a member of Erickson’s Training faculty, Silvia developed her career mainly in Intellectual Property, anti-counterfeiting, protection of rights and innovation, allowing creativity to be part of her legal work. She trained and mentored young lawyers helping them develop their capabilities and build their businesses. This work later became her inspiration towards Human Development, which eventually brought her to the amazing world of coaching and Solution Focused Development, transforming her world and empowering her clients. Drawing on her background and line of work in training, mentoring, and entrepreneurship, she became an advocate for the development of creativity and innovation in Business and Talent. An ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Registered Mentor she coaches and facilitates groups and teams of entrepreneurs and business executives. Professionally linked to companies for over 20 years, she founded her own branded company “Beyond Bright Minds” with the mission of bringing more creativity and innovation to education and lifelong learning, talent management, business, environment and to society for global contribution to progress, prosperity and well-being. Silvia is bilingual Portuguese and English working in both languages as a trainer, coach, and mentor.
For 18 years Jan has been working on various management positions and his main area of interest was always potential of people development. He studied ČVUT FEL – Economics and management of electrotechnology and energetic in Prague. For 2 years he worked in Czech Television and after that he entered into industry of mobile technologies where he worked until 2014. Jan’s last position in corporate world was in T-Mobile as Vice President of Residential sales. As a leader he used coaching methods as a tool for sales performance increase. Since 2008 he has been developing coaching career and in 2010 he established company InnerVoice, where the main motto is „Everything, what a human being really needs to know is inside him“. His passions are sport and initiating change in people. He is ICF (International Coach Federation) accredited coach on the level of ACC. In his coaching practice he is using solution focused approach together with various „inner game“ techniques. Besides ICF accreditation Jan is certified Erickson Professional Coach and certified NLP Practitioner by Erickson College (Vancouver, Canada). Jan highly values continues development in area of self-awareness. He thinks that we, as humans, have great potential and our main purpose is to discover it and develop it..
Dragana is HR consultant with extensive experience in the field of employee development and training. During her career she participated in the creation and implementation of a variety of development projects, workshops and training programs for more than 20 companies. She has over 7 years of HR experience and her areas of expertise are improving employee relations, communication skills, employee motivation and cooperation.Dragana is a business coach of Erickson College, certified Persona Global consultant and certified PCM (Process Communication Model) Trainer and PCM Coach. She is certified consultant for the SHL assessment tools, and for Hogan assessment tools. Dragana has an educational background in Psychology. Prior to joining Atria Group team, Dragana also worked as a psychoterapist and psychological counselor and has completed education in O.L.I. integrative psychodynamic psychotherapy, as well as a basic level of education in body psychotherapy. She is also certified for use of biofeedback and neurofidbek methodology by Biofeedback Association of Serbia.
Dušan is a co-founder and Senior Partner in Consulting Company ‘Atria Group’, which is present and working in Serbia, Czech Republic, Switzerland and Portugal. Over the course of last 14 years he has been engaged in development of human resources, primarly in corporate environment, and later on in consultancy projects. Dušan is an international coach of Ericcsson College (Vancouver), a consultant for training methodology of Persone Global (San Francisco), licensed trainer (with rights to certify others) for using psychometric tools CEB SHL (Washington/London) and a certified NLP coach (IN-NLP / Hambourg). His fields of expertise are systematic development of human resources, assessment of employees’ potential and capabilities, as well as reinforcing teams and managers through development projects, with focus on training and business coaching.
Predrag is a senior partner at Atria Group. His role in the company is international business development. In addition, he is a mentor, trainer and coach with extensive international experience. As a trainer and coach Peđa works with companies and individuals around the world (Serbia, Czech Republic, Portugal, Germany, Poland, India, Singapore, Brazil, Qatar, Austria, Bulgaria etc.). His areas of expertise are: coaching, NLP, leadership development, effective communication, sales and presentation skills. He has had the opportunity to lead several large projects in the area of leadership development and change in corporate culture, as well as number of different training and coaching programs. So far he has more than 1.000 days of training and more than 2.000 hours of coaching. Before he became a professional trainer and coach, Predrag had spent ten years in various sales positions. He worked as a sales representative of US-based “Arrow Electronics” for Serbia and Montenegro, sales engineer for company “Vita Elko” and regional sales manager in the Japanese company “Omron Electronics” for South East Europe. Predrag graduated electrical engineering at the Department of Physical Electronics at Faculty of Electrical Engineering. The structure, resistance and flexibility are the most important characteristics of his work. Luica Radivojević je sertifikovani NLP trener, HR konsultant, trener programa Persone Global, NLP Biznis kouč i sertifikovani PCM (Process Communication Model®) kouč. Po osnovnom obrazovanju Luica je diplomirani ekonomista (menadžment). U dosadašnjoj karijeri Luica je radio u kompanijama kao vođa prodajnih timova, menadžer projekata i brendova, trener i kouč. U svoj način vođenja posla implementirao je sistematski razvoj potencijala zaposlenih i koučing pristup. U poslednjih deset godina držao je obuke prodaje, komunikacije, razvoja liderskih i menadžerskih veština. To iskustvo mu pomože u implementaciji znanja i veština koje prenosi kompanija Atria Group u kojoj trenutno radi kao trener i konsultant. Luica je takođe autor brojnih blogova i tekstova na temu koučinga, razvoja ljudi i zaposlenih, efikasne komunikacije i važnosti prepoznavanja strukture ličnosti sagovornika i saradnika u cilju ostvarenja win-win rezultata.
Igor je konsultant za razvoj pojedinaca i organizacija. Posebno ga zanimaju pitanja usklađivanja ličnih ciljeva i vrednosti sa organizacionim ciljevima i vrednostima, upravljanja razvojem pojedinaca u organizacionom okruženju, kao i povećanja efektivnosti, motivacije i doprinosa pojedinaca organizaciji. U trenerskoj karijeri od preko 18 godina razvijao je i izvodio programe obuke iz oblasti veština komunikacije, veština rukovođenja i liderskih veština. Pružao je trening i koučing usluge u velikom broju kompanija u zemlji i regionu. Radio je kao ekspert za razvoj ljudskih resursa na međunarodnim razvojnim projektima finansiranim od Evropske komisije, Evropske agencije za rekonstrukciju i USAID-a, u zemlji, regionu, Bliskom Istoku i Africi. Igor je sertifikovan za alate za procenu zaposlenih CEB/SHL, Hogan i Human Synergistics, takođe je i sertfikovani NLP trener i kouč. Dragana je HR konsultant sa dugogodišnjim iskustvom u oblasti razvoja zaposlenih i stručne obuke. Tokom svoje karijere učestvovala je u kreiranju i sprovođenju brojnih razvojnih projekata, radionica i programa obuke za više od 20 kompanija. Ima preko 7 godina iskustva u oblasti ljudskih resursa tokom kojih se specijalizovala za rad na unapređenju veština verbalne i neverbalne komunikacije, unapređenju saradnje i motivacije. Dragana je kouč Erickson College-a, sertifikovan trener Persone Global i sertifikovan PCM (Process Communication Model) trener i PCM kouč. Takođe je sertifikovana za alate za procenu SHL i Hogan. Dragana je po obrazovanju psiholog. Završila je edukaciju iz O.L.I. Integrativne psihodinamske psihoterapije, kao i bazični nivo edukacije iz Telesne psihoterapije. Takodje je sertifikovana i za primenu biofidbek i neurofidbek metoda od strane Biofidbek Asocijacije Srbije. Pored profesionalnosti u pristupu, navedena znanja olakšavaju joj i fleksibilnost u radu sa različitim grupama jer primenjuje različita znanja u radu sa različitim osobama i različitom tematikom. Dragana je autor više desetina autorskih članaka u dnevnom listu ’Danas’ na temu koučinga i mogućih načina za podsticanje razvoja individua i organizacija.
Dušan je osnivač i Senior partner u konsultantskoj kompaniji Atria Group koja je prisutna na teritoriji Srbije, Češke, Švajcarske i Portugala. Poslednjih 14 godina je angažovan u oblasti razvoja ljudskih resursa, prvobitno u kompanijskom okruženju, a zatim i na konsultantskim projektima. Dušan je internacionalni trener Eriksonovog Koledža (Vankuver), konsultant za trening metodologije Persone Global (San Francisko), licencirani trener (sa pravom sertifikacije) za korišćenje psihometrijskih alata CEB SHL (Vašington/London) i sertifikovani NLP trener (IN – NLP/Hamburg). Dušanove oblasti ekspertize su sistemski razvoj ljudskih resursa, procena potencijala i sposobnosti zaposlenih, kao i osnaživanje timova i menadžera kroz razvojne projekte sa fokusom na trening i poslovni koučing.
Peđa Jovanović je Senior partner u Atria Grupi. Njegova uloga u firmi je razvoj međunarodnog poslovanja. Pored toga on je i mentor, trener i kouč sa bogatim međunarodnim iskustvom. Kao trener i kouč Peđa radi sa kompanijama i pojedincima širom sveta (Srbija, Češka, Portugal, Nemačka, Poljska, Indija, Singapur, Brazil, Katar, Austrija, Bugarska…). Njegove oblasti ekspertize su: koučing, NLP, razvoj liderstva, efektivna komunikacija, prodaja i prezentacijske veštine. Do sada je imao priliku da vodi nekoliko velikih projekata razvoja liderstva i promene korporativne kulture, kao i veliki broj različitih trening i koučing programa.
